These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bbo308 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bbo308 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting services (collectively, the "Service") accessible at https://bbo308.cam and related domains. • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other documentation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and confirm account ownership.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a User from personal sources (bank accounts, e-wallets) that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification and processing times.
• "Stake" refers to the amount of money risked on a single bet or wager, deducted from the User's available Balance upon bet placement.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party. Corporate entities, partnerships, and institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Persons under guardianship, conservatorship, or legal disability are not eligible.
• You have not been previously banned or restricted from using bbo308 services due to Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting services on bbo308, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process. Account creation and maintenance are subject to the following terms:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address in Indonesia.
• All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Each individual is permitted one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes called "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances, winnings, and bonuses across all duplicate accounts.
• Registration must be completed by the account holder personally. Third-party registrations are not permitted.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username/email and password). Do not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your Account.
• You must immediately notify bbo308 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, password compromise, or any security breach.
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. You are liable for all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your Account credentials.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available, using strong unique passwords, and avoiding accessing your Account on public or shared devices.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawal requests, bbo308 requires all users to complete identity verification (KYC). You must submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, ID number, and photograph.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current address in Indonesia.
• A "selfie verification" photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, along with a handwritten note showing the current date, to confirm you are the legitimate ID holder.

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of the first withdrawal request may be restricted until verification is completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or raise verification concerns.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

bbo308 supports multiple deposit methods tailored for Indonesian players, including major Indonesian banks and e-wallet services. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• bbo308 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees; these are beyond our control and are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, minus administrative fees.
• Deposited funds are intended for betting purposes. Using bbo308 as a payment intermediary, money transfer service, or currency exchange is prohibited.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

Users may request withdrawal of their available Balance (Real Money funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) to their registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet after successful KYC verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits depend on account verification level and payment method; standard limits range up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your bbo308 Account. We verify the account holder name matches your KYC documentation before processing withdrawals.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests trigger automatic KYC review.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Only Real Money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Processing Times

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours from the time of request submission, provided all verification requirements are met.
• Bank transfer withdrawals during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, business days) are typically completed within the same business day. Requests made outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays (such as Independence Day 17 August, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Christmas) will be processed on the next business day.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 1-6 hours once approved.
• Large withdrawal amounts (exceeding Rp 25,000,000) may require additional verification and extended processing time for security review.
• We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours if we suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violations, bonus abuse, or money laundering concerns.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• If the original deposit method is no longer available, you may request an alternative withdrawal method, subject to additional verification.
• bbo308 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct their own transfer fees from the amount received.
• Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may have restricted withdrawal access until requirements are cleared or the bonus is forfeited.

• bbo308 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal of Real Money funds before completing bonus wagering requirements results in automatic forfeiture of the active bonus and associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

All bets placed on bbo308 are subject to the following rules and user conduct requirements:

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

• All bets are subject to acceptance by bbo308. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes, suspicious betting patterns, or bets placed on events with uncertain or disputed outcomes.
• Once a bet is confirmed and stake deducted from your Balance, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or if the event is cancelled/postponed per sport-specific rules.
• Bets are settled according to the official result determined by the relevant sports federation, league, or game provider. Settlements are final and binding.

7.2 Fair Play and Integrity

• All Users must bet in good faith. Attempts to manipulate odds, exploit system errors, engage in arbitrage betting across platforms, or collude with other players are strictly prohibited.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets is forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Betting on events where you have inside information or material non-public information that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Syndicate betting, coordinated betting patterns, or group play designed to abuse bonuses or exploit platform features is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbo308 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, forged documents, or any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, transfer illicit funds, or engage in any financial crime.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your Account, or accessing another User's Account.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or evade detection.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Service if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing minors to use your Account.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses, using betting strategies solely designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine betting interest, or creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform, interfere with other Users' experiences, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for betting. Legitimate disputes should be raised with bbo308 Customer Support first.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, bbo308 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Service interruptions, technical failures, or betting losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure login credentials.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank transfer failures, or e-wallet service interruptions beyond our control.
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, server downtime, network failures, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, wars, strikes).

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of bbo308 shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

bbo308 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Abusive behavior toward Customer Support staff or other Users.
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12+ months with no login or betting activity).

Upon account termination for Terms violations or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, void outstanding bets, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. 11. Dispute Resolution
